My Journey in Real Estate . . .
Early Beginnings in Palm Beach County
My real estate career began in Palm Beach County, specifically in North Palm Beach and Jupiter. I started out as a leasing consultant and later became a property manager assistant in a large oceanfront co-operative in Palm Beach, where I was involved during a $3 million restoration project. Motivated by this experience, I decided to obtain my real estate license, which led me to work in Delray, Boca Raton, and Lake Worth, Florida.
Expanding Across Florida
After my initial roles, I moved on to work in Pinellas County, and eventually, I found myself in Pasco County, Florida, where I currently operate. Over the years, I have sold land in various areas throughout the state, including West Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Aripeka, Hudson, Spring Hill, Clearwater, Ocala, Dunnellon, Interlachen, Okeechobee, and Fort Myers. My approach to marketing properties focuses on achieving the best possible market price and navigating any challenges that may arise to ensure successful closings.
International Clients and Communication
Throughout my journey, I have worked with international clients from countries such as Brazil, Ecuador, Jamaica, and Greece. I am able to answer very basic real estate questions in Spanish enough, as I had many buyers in the South Florida area, and closings have been handled in Spanish with a bi-lingual title company.
